To compliment the three stages of a claim QDOS has three teams, new claims, claims control, and claims recovery. Each team is geared towards meeting the customers expectations in the most expedient and professional manner.
A new claims advisor will initiate the claims process and do everything possible to ensure that our client’s daily routine is least disrupted by the accident. Once our client’s immediate needs are resolved, a claims controller will progress the claim and resolve any difficulties that might arise. Once the claims controller has made sure that our client’s car is repaired and insofar as possible everything is back to normal, a claims technician from the recovery department will pursue reimbursement of our client’s out of pocket expenses.
At each stage of the claim a QDOS client will have one case handler who will be familiar with their case and their needs. QDOS offer a personal touch that a call centre cannot provide.
